The WAVE Student Conference gathers middle school, high school, and college students to encounter Christ through powerful worship, impactful messages, and authentic community. WAVE exists to empower a generation to make a difference by helping students encounter Jesus and equipping leaders to be the wave of God in their world.

The conference will take place July 15-17, 2026 at Celebration Church (601 Westinghouse Rd) in Georgetown, TX, just 25 miles north of Austin.

** REGISTRATION RATES **

Early Registration: $235 (May 1 - June 14)
Regular Registration: $255 (June 15 - July 12)

The registration fee reflects a $50 discount per student and includes conference admission, transportation, lodging, and most meals, including breakfast and lunch. Students should bring additional funds for snacks, drinks, and dinner (approximately $30). We will provide dinner on Friday evening. Conference merchandise will also be available for purchase (ranging between $25-50).

Registration is open to incoming 7th grade through college students only.

Note: The conference is already sold out! However, we’ve secured 45 tickets for Harvest City. These will be distributed on a first come, first served basis with priority given to students who are active in Harvest City’s youth ministry. Additional tickets may become available as the event approaches. Registration closes on July 12 or once all tickets have been claimed.

** TRANSPORTATION **

We will depart Harvest City Church (4906 STAHL RD, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78217) on Wednesday, July 15 at 1:00 PM and return on Saturday, July 18 at 12:00 PM. Students will be transported in either a 15-passenger van or a personal vehicle driven by one of our adult chaperones.

** LODGING **

Hotel reservations have been made at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Round Rock (2960 HOPPE TRAIL).
Each suite includes two queen beds and a double trundle bed with a complimentary hot breakfast provided each morning. Room assignments will be given the week prior to departure. Most suites will be shared by two to three students along with one adult chaperone. All chaperones have completed a background check and our screening process.

** FAQ **

What should I bring?

Though most scriptures will be displayed on the screens, we encourage students to bring their Bibles, note-taking preference, toiletries, a small backpack, and spending money for additional purchases (i.e. meals, snacks, drinks, conference resources and merchandise). You are welcome to bring cell phones and other electronic devices, though excessive use during and outside conference sessions will be prohibited.

What should I wear?

Casual, comfortable clothing is recommended. The auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned, so temperatures may vary. We suggest wearing layers or bringing a light sweater, especially if you tend to get cold easily.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. You can set that up by emailing Esther Lopez at elopez@harvestcity.church.

Is there financial assistance?

Our heart is for every student actively involved at Harvest City to have the opportunity to attend the conference. Because of that, we have already applied a $50 discount to each registration. If finances limit your ability to participate, we may have a few upcoming fundraising opportunities for you. Please inform a youth team member of your desire to participate.

Can I sponsor a student?

You can help sponsor a student with either a full or partial registration payment. If you are registering a student, there is an option to donate towards another participant. You can also give through our website at harvestcity.church. Be sure to select the fund: Wave Student Conference.

What is the refund policy?

At this time, registrations are non-refundable.

Who will accompany the students?

Students will be accompanied by our Youth Pastors, Josh & Kayla Andrade, and members of our adult youth ministry. All chaperones have successfully completed our screening process and passed a criminal background check. Though appreciated, any additional support outside of the team is not needed at this time.
